I needed to repair my heating system fast because it was a cold winter day. The technician came the same day I called, on time, diagnosed the problem within half an hour, and quoted the price for parts and labor. After I agreed to the price, he went out to get the parts, came back and fixed up the furnace the same evening. Even though it was late in the evening, he stayed with the job until it is done. Installed a heat pump. First agreed on 16 seer then come back and forth on 16 seer vs 14 seer. Finally decided on 16 seer, but the company got my order confused because of the discussion and installed a 14 seer instead. They offered to reinstall the 16 seer, but I don't want another full day without heat. The result turns out good.

The man who came out to repair a sensor in my Phantom Boiler was knowledgeable and professional. He detected the problem sensor. Unfortunately the replacement part had to be ordered and that added some days to the fix. Once part was in hand, the gentleman got the boiler back up and running. Upon checking the radiators, it was recommended to replace the valve on one. The two men who came to do that job were courteous and prompt, but even after changing the valve, the radiator wouldn't heat fully. A replacement radiator was offered, free of charge. Unfortunately, the replacement radiator had a crack in it, so the techs removed and hauled the old one outside and used a hose to flush it. Finally, the effort paid off and after they put the flushed out radiator with the new valve back in place, it heated from end to end. My Son was happy, as some of this was during the recent 'Polar Vortex'. All in all, a favorable experience that came in at just under $500. The office called consistently to check appointment times and convey information.

Temp masters came to bleed my radiator to hopefully silence all of the clanking. Noise remained but the contractor showed up twice to try and fix the problem. They didn't complete the job because the noise never stopped but was we were impressed with their service.

It was corrected after I brought it up. I set up a follow-up appointment to get a quote for vent cleaning; however, when the technician showed up, he thought he was doing a tune-up and told me that they didn't even do vent cleaning. He told me that the boss would be calling me to explain, but I never got a call. Nonetheless, the work was good and all of the technicians were very nice and professional.

In the end, work was good and they were transparent, so i would recommend them. But punctuality was way off, they were about 2 hours late and even when they did show up, the first person gave the estimate and the actual technician came another 2 hours later. And by the time he was finished, they wanted to wrap it up and did not fully confirm that it worked. Not sure if 300$ for a condensate pump replacement is the norm. But now it works and they did nothing wrong.

I know my system is old and beyond the life expectancy of the manufacturer, but it still does the job with a little TLC. Install Date: 3.26.2018 Santiago and his crew were thorough professionals from the get go. His initial home visit to assess whether we should repair or replace a leaky furnace went surprisingly well. No hard sell. No suggestions to definitely replace as he did offer a repair price too. But considering age of unit, repair cost and potential for future problems we bit the bullet and decided to invest in one of the 3 AC and Gas furnace options, he presented. We settled on his recommendation of a Amana 48,000 BTU AC and a Amana 120,000 BTU 2 stage furnace. Since our current compressor was compromised we liked the lifetime unit replacement compressor warranty Amana offered. Made in America was a plus. Both units combined, costed us a shade under $10K. BTW he also had the best, fully detailed quote which showed me that he was quality conscious of his brand. Installation was a white-glove experience. Santiago had two separate crews come in by 8 AM to complete our installation in a day. His local distributor had accidentally dropped off a wrong sized A-coil, along with the rest of the equipments a bit earlier. But Santiago had someone drive and pickup the right one same day. After old units were pulled out a lot of duct work had to be redone. His crew clearly has been handpicked by Santiago for their work ethic and professionalism. Due to some duct work and a sensor complication the entire crew stayed back till 9pm to finish up. That too cheerfully! He stopped by to review and inspect the work during installation and again next day to go over the system and controls. I couldn't be more satisfied. All in all a great experience especially after the initial anxiety of having to deal with and vet 2-3 other highly rated local contractors. Compared to others, Santiago's prices were in the middle. But I am absolutely glad I selected him. Now, I highly highly recommend Temperature Masters to my family and friends. Good Luck!

I received a prompt response. Their representative understood my problem and gave alternative solutions with explanations of the advantages of each. I opted for replacement which was carried out the following day. The team made the installation and left our home as though nothing had happened. First class job, first class people.

Ken was very nice and helpful throughout the estimate. He took the time to explain how the system works and go through different options. On installation the crew was extremely professional and even wore covers over their shoes. They got furnace and HWH up and running in one day. The quality of work was great. Santiago came by to inspect their work. He even came back the next night to help me with the high efficiency rebates. I highly recommend them.

The gentlemen who did the work were very professional. They wore covers on their shoes and vacuumed the area after they were finished working. The gentleman explained that what I wanted done was not feasible, so he made a suggestion which turned out to be far superior then what I had envisioned. I'm very happy with the outcome.

The entire experience was pleasant from start to finish. Right on new year day, the furnace started making loud grinding sound. And we had not heat. Homeadvisor matched me with Temperature Masters and I got a call right away. Santiago assured me he would be there shortly and look at the problem. He arrived on time and checked the furnace. He advised I needed a part changed. Didn't try to up-sell me with anything. I asked him what would it take to change the entire furnace? (Because our units are well over 15 years old). He took measurements etc and suggested a couple of options. Both of them were way less than other big name service companies (I had one of them visit us a month ago). I was skeptical, but Santiago explained everything to me patiently and I felt assured. He sent his crew to our house the very next day and within half a day, everything was up and running and we had heat again! The crew was courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves.
Now, we have 2 HVAC units of the same age. But Santiago never tired to scare us or push us to replace both the units (unlike the other big name company). It is almost a month now and everything is running smoothly. We opted for a smart thermostat and it was a very good decision. We can now control the unit and save money.

The company is amazing to work with. Most companies i contacted couldn't do the work and offered to sell me a new unit instead. Santiago came the house and i explained what i needed to be done. He told me with a straight face, it could be done but I was a little skeptical. He gave a quote to change locations of 9 vents and install a new one in the master bedroom. He answered all my questions and addressed all concerns. We set up a date and sure enough he sent a team in the morning and they got straight to work. The team worked hard especially Amaurys (Omar) and Junior. They worked until late the first day and finished up the next day. I was quite impressed with the work and any issues i had were addressed on the spot. They made sure all old vents were closed off. They taped and sparkled all drywall and cleaned up very well. Santiago called the first day to check on progress and stopped by the second day to physically inspect the work himself. I will definitely use them for all my heating and cooling needs. I already recommended the company to another homeowner.

Mr. Francisco came to my home after another company could not figure out why my furnace did not work. I called Temperature Masters. They diagnosed the problem very quickly and installed a new part twice. They ended up replacing my furnace but after having no heat at all during a very cold week between the holidays I was more than greatly relieved! Not only did he do a great job but I completely trusted him to come into my home as I had to return to work. He also gave me a great price and deducted the price I paid for the part. I have a really old heating system, but they were able to get everything back up and running. I plan on using Temperature Masters for all of my future heating and cooling upgrades/repairs.

They did a great job and took less time than estimated.

This was the second plumber to look at the problem I was having getting heat to the third floor which we just renovated into a Media and Grandkid room. The other one supposedly got it working last summer but when I went to look at it this fall I couldn't even bleed the radiators. The 2nd floor too forever to bleed.
Santiago came in and spent awhile diagnosing the problem and showed me that the circulating pump was not working properly. He also suggested (not a hard sell) that I thoroughly clean out the hot water gas furnace and the ducts to the chimney and check for carbon monoxide. I also asked him to check the thermostat. I had also asked my former HVAC/plumber to do that too. He had the proper tools for both these jobs of diagnosing.
After installing the new twice as powerful pump and thermostat and thoroughly cleaning the ducts and checking the chimney with a photo HE AND HIS CREW STAYED FOR ANOTHER 1-1/2 HOURS TO BLEED EVERY RADIATOR AND MAKE SURE I ACTUALLY HAD HEAT. I'm impressed.
Interestingly enough the former plumber kept suggesting a new furnace (which also might have cured the problem) but never gave me an estimate on upgrading the pump.
Temperature Masters told me my furnace was fine.

5 stars all the way!! Santiago and his team are very professional, prompt, informative and thorough. They guaranteed their warranty and did not let me down. I had an issue with water and oil in my evap. coil and the next day they were at my place replacing it. I highly doubt I would have received such prompt attention from another company. Waiting even a couple days in the summer months is torture so the fact they replaced the coil the next day was well beyond my expectations. Would definitely do business with them again!
