Issue: Water leaking from the Air conditioner in the attic into a room below through the ceiling.Abel from TEMPERATURE MASTERS LLC visited the house twice. He pumped Nitrogen gas through the drainage pipe to clear the blockage. The next day water started leaking again. Abel visited again. He check the coil, flushed Nitrogen gas again through the drainage pipe. It did not fix the issue. Water continue to leak through the ceiling.The third time Daniel came and flushed the drainage pipe and tilted the coil ½ inch so that water from the coil directly goes into the drainage pipe. For the last 5 days, there was no water leaking.Plus Point : Prompt response. They sent their technicians as promised. I would recommend Daniel for his knowledge and professionalism. All the technicians wear shoe covers and wear marks before entering the house. They clean up the work space.Negative: Receipt received via email does not contain the breakdown and description of the work performed. It shows name of the company and total amount. I took a picture of the iPad payment screen, when I paid the technician. This contains an itemize job description. I will advise customers to take a picture of the iPad screen for itemize job descriptions and amount.

So after getting the install of my new expensive tankless water heater back in November 2019, they did not install correctly, had several issues of no heat or hot water when it was bitter cold, they never set up my wifi thermostat correctly. But what really takes the cake is that now almost 9 months later my town calls me to say they never filed for the permit and that they have left several messages which were never returned. So between not getting my wifi thermostat and my permit, both of which are in my contract, they essentially robbed me of $250 because I had to come out of pocket for it.***Update - they called me and apologized for the inconvenience and issued me a check for the permit and thermostat. Looks like there may have been a change in management. I’m appreciative that they did the right thing.

I replaced my old air-conditioner and heating system with a brand new Amana Air-conditioner and heating system by Temperature Masters (Mr. Santiago Francisco and his team did all the work). I got an extremely competitive proposal from Santiago in terms of price and 10-year warranty on parts and labor, which was better than the proposals I had received from other vendors. The job was completed in a single day on 24 July 2020 as proposed (from 9 AM to 5 PM), with all old equipment removed from my home.In the next two days, I reported few minor issues as can be expected in such a complex job. They had to do with the functioning of the thermostat and inserting a new filter in the new AC/Heater system. Santiago sent his two technicians promptly to fix the issues without any charge. There was also a problem in my old circuit breaker controlling the new AC Condenser. The team replaced the old circuit breaker with a brand new one I provided to them free of any charge.Overall, I am pleased with the service from Temperature Masters, and recommend that you consider them for replacing your old AC and Heating systems; it is more cost-effective to replace both together.

In the midst of the worst of the summer heat and humidity my old, used up A.C. finally gave in.I googled Homeserve looking for local HVAC services near me. They gave me 3 choices, and within 10 minutes Temp Masters called.Within an hour they were here. No suggestions to definitely replace as he did offer a repair price too. But considering age of unit, repair cost and potential for future problems we bit the bullet and decided to invest in one of the 3 AC and Gas furnace options, Santiago presented. We settled on his recommendation of a Amana 48,000 BTU AC and a Amana 120,000 BTU 2 stage furnace.Since our current compressor was compromised we liked the lifetime unit replacement compressor warranty Amana offered. Made in America was a plus.Both units combined, costed us a shade under $10K. BTW he also had the best, fully detailed quote which showed me that he was quality conscious of his brand.Installation was a white-glove experience.Santiago had two separate crews come in by 8 AM to complete our installation in a day. His local distributor had accidentally dropped off a wrong sized A-coil, along with the rest of the equipments a bit earlier. But Santiago had someone drive and pickup the right one same day. After old units were pulled out a lot of duct work had to be redone.His crew clearly has been handpicked by Santiago for their work ethic and professionalism. Due to some duct work and a sensor complication the entire crew stayed back till 9pm to finish up. That too cheerfully!He stopped by to review and inspect the work during installation and again next day to go over the system and controls. I couldn’t be more satisfied.All in all a great experience especially after the initial anxiety of having to deal with and vet 2-3 other highly rated local contractors.Compared to others, Santiago's prices were in the middle. But I am absolutely glad I selected him. Now, I highly highly recommend Temperature Masters to my family and friends. Santiago at Temperature Masters went above and beyond for us. We were having trouble with a Lennox system that had a damper system designed to regulate how the heating and cooling was distributed on one floor of our home. He could have easily "given up" and said that we need to replace the expensive console piece... but instead he spend a little extra time troubleshooting and found some faulty wire... it saved us a lot of money and saved us in needlessly replacing a perfectly good part. Very very professional. I've been having a problem that has been getting worse in the house and my now former plumber could only suggest a new furnace. They only gave me recommendations where warranted and I was explained what those were. Generally, there is a cost for topping off your refrigerant but he did it at no extra cost since it was not much.

My current system in place works well and doing the conversion would cause more work and cost for both the contractor and myself. I had another repairman look at it and they told me it had to be replaced as the original manufacture was out of business and parts were not available. Installed a heat pump. First agreed on 16 seer then come back and forth on 16 seer vs 14 seer. Finally decided on 16 seer, but the company got my order confused because of the discussion and installed a 14 seer instead. They offered to reinstall the 16 seer, but I don't want another full day without heat. The result turns out good.

The man who came out to repair a sensor in my Phantom Boiler was knowledgeable and professional. He detected the problem sensor. Unfortunately the replacement part had to be ordered and that added some days to the fix. Once part was in hand, the gentleman got the boiler back up and running. Upon checking the radiators, it was recommended to replace the valve on one. The two men who came to do that job were courteous and prompt, but even after changing the valve, the radiator wouldn't heat fully. A replacement radiator was offered, free of charge. Unfortunately, the replacement radiator had a crack in it, so the techs removed and hauled the old one outside and used a hose to flush it. Finally, the effort paid off and after they put the flushed out radiator with the new valve back in place, it heated from end to end. My Son was happy, as some of this was during the recent 'Polar Vortex'. All in all, a favorable experience that came in at just under $500. The office called consistently to check appointment times and convey information.

Temperature Masters, LLC has great customer service. The technician was very professional. He determined the cause of my furnace shutting off. I have a new part for my furnace and time will tell if it shuts off again. I am hopeful it won t.

Temp masters came to bleed my radiator to hopefully silence all of the clanking. Noise remained but the contractor showed up twice to try and fix the problem. They didn't complete the job because the noise never stopped but was we were impressed with their service.

I saved their number for future repairs. The heating company I used to use, I left a message twice that I had no heat. They never bothered to phone. Will never use them again.

Hi their services are very good but I felt it is costly , and, they do not provide free quote. For example , when they visit they give quote, and, if you do not agree to the quote, they charge for visit.

The professionals that came for the work were very friendly and helpful. When I received the invoice, it did not initially include the discount for the 2nd HVAC system. It was corrected after I brought it up. I set up a follow-up appointment to get a quote for vent cleaning; however, when the technician showed up, he thought he was doing a tune-up and told me that they didn't even do vent cleaning. He told me that the boss would be calling me to explain, but I never got a call. Nonetheless, the work was good and all of the technicians were very nice and professional.

Temperature Masters installed a furnace and AC unit at my home and I am very pleased! As a female homeowner, I have had my fair share of companies attempting to sell me more than what I need. This was not the case with Temperature Masters. They responded quickly to my service request, assessed the situation and provided a couple of options. In the end, work was good and they were transparent, so i would recommend them. But punctuality was way off, they were about 2 hours late and even when they did show up, the first person gave the estimate and the actual technician came another 2 hours later. And by the time he was finished, they wanted to wrap it up and did not fully confirm that it worked. Not sure if 300$ for a condensate pump replacement is the norm. But now it works and they did nothing wrong.

I know my system is old and beyond the life expectancy of the manufacturer, but it still does the job with a little TLC. They took the time to fix my it quickly and did it for a really reasonable rate as well. I would certainly recommend them above all the other bigger name companies in my area.

Install Date: 3.26.2018 Santiago and his crew were thorough professionals from the get go. His initial home visit to assess whether we should repair or replace a leaky furnace went surprisingly well. No hard sell. No suggestions to definitely replace as he did offer a repair price too. But considering age of unit, repair cost and potential for future problems we bit the bullet and decided to invest in one of the 3 AC and Gas furnace options, he presented. We settled on his recommendation of a Amana 48,000 BTU AC and a Amana 120,000 BTU 2 stage furnace. Since our current compressor was compromised we liked the lifetime unit replacement compressor warranty Amana offered. Made in America was a plus. Both units combined, costed us a shade under $10K. BTW he also had the best, fully detailed quote which showed me that he was quality conscious of his brand. Installation was a white-glove experience. Santiago had two separate crews come in by 8 AM to complete our installation in a day. His local distributor had accidentally dropped off a wrong sized A-coil, along with the rest of the equipments a bit earlier. But Santiago had someone drive and pickup the right one same day. After old units were pulled out a lot of duct work had to be redone. His crew clearly has been handpicked by Santiago for their work ethic and professionalism. Due to some duct work and a sensor complication the entire crew stayed back till 9pm to finish up. That too cheerfully! He stopped by to review and inspect the work during installation and again next day to go over the system and controls. I couldn't be more satisfied. All in all a great experience especially after the initial anxiety of having to deal with and vet 2-3 other highly rated local contractors. Compared to others, Santiago's prices were in the middle. But I am absolutely glad I selected him. Now, I highly highly recommend Temperature Masters to my family and friends. Good Luck!
